2) Naturana are more than happy to offer you an exchange if you have any issues with sizing of your new purchase, if you return the item within 14 days. When you return the item please state clearly what size you require.
3) If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us at the address below in the original packing with labels intact. We will refund 100% of the original purchase price but not the postage. You will also be responsible for the postage cost back to us.
4) When posting items back to us we recommend using the Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service.
5) If the item is faulty we will offer you 100% of both the cost of the item and the original postage.
