Making A Purchase

Making a lingerie purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit cards. You will automatically receive confirmation of order and this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular lingerie product for some reason.

Shipping And Handling / Postage and packing within the UK is charged at £5.95 for each individual package however many items you order.

  • Postage and packing within the EU is charged at £9.95 per package.
  • Postage and packing to the USA or Canada is charged at £14.95 per package.
  • Postage and packing to Australia or New Zealand is charged at £17.95 per package.
  • Postage and packing to the Rest Of The World is charged at £19.95 per package.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class ‘Signed For’ service.

All items will arrive in discreet plain packaging.

If you order items from 2 or more manufacturers your goods may well arrive in separate parcels.

Please note that you may be liable to pay your countries import duty and tax if you are ordering from outside the UK.

Delivery Schedule

Where goods are in stock your order will be delivered within 3- 5 business days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). International orders are generally received in under 21 days. Delivery will be made to the address stated on the order form and may be sent via post or courier. Some lingerie items, when not in stock may take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. These are usually noted in our website shop and we will always contact you directly to confirm the delivery date.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will place it on ‘back order’ for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not wait.

Returns Policy

We offer a “Peace Of Mind” guarantee. Details are as follows:

1) If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

The only exceptions to that are as follows – Please note that for reasons of hygiene we CANNOT accept Returns or Exchanges for:

a) Knickers / Panties / Briefs

b) Any item of Hosiery

c) Any item from the Intimate Attitudes collection by Shirley of Hollywood. (Please refer to our size chart when ordering)

2) If you change your mind about an item once you have purchased (excluding those mentioned above)  you have 7 days to return the item to us.

We shall refund monies paid for goods if they are returned unworn and in their original condition with all labels intact within 7 days of delivery. When trying garments on for size, please do so over your own clothing.

3) For ALL goods if they are faulty or not as described please return them to us for an exchange or refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

4) If you have changed your mind about an item or it unsuitable, you will be liable for the cost of returning the item to us. If the goods are faulty or not as described we will re-imburse you the cost of returning the item to us.

Please ensure that you contact us and obtain a Goods Returns Number (GRN) before returning any items. Without a GRN you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we shall not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods paid for with a credit card or debit card, we will make credit adjustments directly to your account number. Orders returned by Royal Mail undelivered will be held for a further 28 days and then disposed of, if we are contacted we can usually arrange re-delivery. These terms and conditions may be amended, updated or modified from time to time.

Credit Card Security

There is no need for you to have any concerns about credit card security. When your order is placed with our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
