2) Parfait by Affinitas DO accept returns for exchange or refund.
3) If your item does not fit correctly we will either offer you a refund of the cost of the item or we will be happy to offer you an alternative item. You will be liable for original postage plus postage back to us for the original item as well as postage for delivery of the replacement item.
4) If the item is faulty and/or not as described, the same procedure applies but we will be responsible for all postage.
5) When posting items back to us we recommend using the Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service.
6) If you wish to return a product for an exchange or refund please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a Goods Return Number*.
